Bishop designates special day to support Action Ministries

A special offering will be taken for Action Ministries on Nov. 13, named by Bishop Michael Watson as Action Ministries Sunday in the North Georgia Conference.
The Rev. John R. Moeller, Jr., is the new president of the agency, which has six locations and 34 transitional housing sites across Georgia. Action Ministries works to address hunger, housing and educational issues facing people in need.
