Youth Director: Union UMC

Responsibilities: The primary duty of the Youth Director will be to provide guidance and training for the youth of the Church and to endeavor to enlist each member in activities for spiritual growth and in participation in the service and ministries of the Church. It is expected that this position will require 15+ hours per week on average. Regular Duties: • Conduct the Church program for children grades 6 and up. • Prepare and conduct weekly MYF. • Participate and assist in carrying out the Vacation Bible School program. Occasional Duties: • Organize and plan, at least quarterly, one special trip with emphasis on missions and/or Christian fellowship.
