Church Secretary, Part-Time position
Mountain View UMC in Marietta is seeking a church secretary for a part-time position. The 25-hour secretarial work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 to 2:30, with an hour lunch break at noon. Applicants need basic secretarial skills and experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and PUBLISHER, and LOGOS database are helpful. Part Time: Two days per week

Training/Experience: Desire applicant with knowledge of any automated

Lake Junaluska Development Officer

Food Service Director
Johns Creek UMC is seeking an experienced food service director to support the mission of the church by coordinating and preparing food services for church related activities such as Wednesday Night Dinner, special meetings and banquets. The approximate number of hours required for the position is 25 per week and the salary range is $30,000 to $35,000 depending on experience.
Candidates must have familiarity with planning menus, ordering supplies and preparing food for as many as 500 people. In addition, budget preparation and monitoring is required. A large number of volunteers are involved in assisting with our Wednesday Night Dinner program and the candidate must have the ability to work well with others. The church has a very well equipped commercial style kitchen with all necessary equipment to support the program needs. The position reports to the church administrator.
