The Financial Secretary is responsible for processing and recording deposits and disbursements and processing payroll with an outside processor. The Financial Secretary maintains the general ledger and donor contribution records, prepares monthly reconciliations and financial statements, prepares contribution statements, assists with annual budget and monitoring restricted account activity. This is a part-time position for two days per week, scheduling is flexible. Experience with church or non-profit accounting is required. Experience with ACS software is preferred, experience with Microsoft Office and other general business software tools is required.
