Sunday is the only evening delegates have off. 
Planners encourage delegates to attend
a relaxing reception.   


Due to the amount of materials delegates have
to carry, for ease, many carry a small portable
suitcase 


Delegates are scheduled to finish their legislative
committee meetings by 11pm; however, many will
proceed past that time

rehearsals for upcoming worship services
