Bishop Davis supports the presiding bishop, Bishop Coyner, during one of today's business sessions.  During the General Conference plenary sessions, two bishops typically sit behind the presiding bishops backing them with support and additional listening ears  


This equipment, which looks much like a traffic light with red, green, and yellow lights, cautions delegates as to how much time they have to talk on the floor of General Conference.  If delegates are still talking when the light turns red, they are told their time is up
