Ends 9/27/2009 11:00 AM - 11:00

You are invited this fall to gather for the 47th Annual Men’s Spiritual Retreat at Rock Eagle. With the renewing power of the Holy Spirit, men will be reenergized to be the men of God that they are called to be! Lives will be changed; men will accept Christ as their Lord and Savior for the first time; many will renew their commitment to Christ. Bill Glass, founder of Bill Glass Ministries, and our keynote speaker will deliver a powerful message encouraging men to be the fathers and sons they have been called to live. Music to be provided by Wild At Heart, Ralph Freeman, the Wesley Chapel Voices of Praise Choir, Builders None, and the UMMen Volunteer Choir. Exceptional Workshops are to be led by clergy and laymen with sessions on Friday and Saturday. Morning Bible Study by the lake, Upper Room Prayer Line, Cabin Sharing, evening Praise and Prayer in the Chapel, and Food Drop. Pre-retreat activities include the Prayer and Fasting at Collinswood, and the Golf Tournament at Indian Creek. Other activities available at Rock Eagle include the annual Cross & Flame Walk/Run, swimming, fishing, tennis, basketball, hiking trails, mini-golf, and baseball. Back again, the Rock Eagle Ropes Course will be open on Saturday.
