Making an AC2010 meal registration: guidelines and tips

It is necessary to provide the Athens Classic Center with a proper attendance count, so all 2010 Annual Conference Session (AC2010) meals require pre-registration and pre-payment before June 7. Please note, meal payment and registration cannot be made when you check in and receive your AC2010 name badge. Proof of payment and registration is required to enter meal venues.
To register for a meal, please do so when you register online for AC2010. If payment is not made when you register online for AC2010, you may submit a meal payment at a later date by going to your AC2010 registration confirmation e-mail and editing your meal registration status. This must be done prior to June 7. Please bring a copy of the new online registration printout showing your zero balance.
A downloadable flier is also available online for some meals allowing a check to accompany your registration form via mail. Those who register and pay by mail will receive an email confirmation of payment received.
If your payment for any meal is not made by June 7, your meal registration (not your AC2010 registration) will be canceled and entrance to the meal will not be allowed.
