Light in the Darkness Benefit Concert Hosted in Decatur, April 27th
The youth choirs of Decatur First and Embry Hills are standing up and singing out for a foster care benefit concert! The performance will be on Sunday, April 27, 5:00 pm at Decatur First, 300 E. Ponce de Leon Avenue, Decatur GA 30030. The concert is free and all donations benefit the United Methodist Children’s Home foster care program.

Homecoming at Senoia UMC on May 4th
It's happening soon and you should to be part of it! Join Senoia UMC for Homecoming at Senoia UMC on Sunday May 4th at 11am. The guest preacher will be Rev. Dana Everhart, District Superintendent of the Atlanta Emory District. Joining Rev. Everhart and Rev. Mays will be Senoia’s very own District Superintendent and former pastor, Rev. Carol Cook. Lunch on the grounds will be held following the service.

 Mountain Park UMC Celebrated 50 Years May 4th
Sunday May 4th, Mountain Park UMC invites everyone to celebrate their 50th anniversary beginning with coffee fellowship in the youth room from 8:45-10am, worship at 10:30am, followed by a covered dish luncheon in the Family Life Center. The music and message will be provided by Rev. Charles Barnes, and Rev Charles Robinson. Former senior pastors and staff members are invited to partake in the special day.

Register Your 2nd-6th Graders for Powder Springs FUMC’s Music Camp, June 2nd-6th
Designed for rising 2nd graders through rising 6th graders, Music Camp teaches biblical truths and musical concepts through music that glorifies God. Our goal is to build confidence in children by providing them an opportunity to perform in front of an audience for the sole purpose of glorifying God. During the week, the children will spend time learning a musical through movement, choreography, drama, and song. You will be amazed at how much the children learn in one week! The big performance will be that Friday @ 7:30pm ( must be willing to perform that night). Campers are invited back Sunday June 8 to sing for our 10am service. Cost: $25/child, family cap of $60 (3 or more children, same family)
Volunteers are welcomed & needed. Please note what days you are available on the registration form. Registration Deadline: May 26th.

Allen-Lee Memorial UMC Sweetens CRCT Testing Week for Teachers
CRCT testing got underway on Tuesday at Unity Elementary School, and Allen-Lee was there –– showing support for teachers and students. They provided snacks and fruit for teachers to make the day a little sweeter and smoother.
