Murphy-Harpst provides emotional, spiritual and physical safe haven to Georgia’s most viciously abused children. Offering round-the-clock therapeutic care, Murphy-Harpst enables children to heal and recover so that they can re-engage with society and lead productive lives.
For nearly a century, Murphy-Harpst has successfully treated thousands of children by building the environment necessary to reverse the cycle of a lifetime of cruelty and neglect.
A ministry of the United Methodist Church, Murphy-Harpst relies on goodwill and contributions. However, the need is great and the cost is large. In order to continue to provide quality care from our trained medical staff, we need your help.
The Annual Murphy-Harpst Special Day of Giving will be held in churches across the North Georgia Conference on Sunday, July 19. Churches who did not receive bulletin inserts at district meetings, may download bulletin inserts from the Murphy-Harpst website at www.murphyharpst.org.
Churches may also request inserts, posters, and envelopes by calling the Murphy-Harpst Development Office at (706) 232-5663.
