Friday Night Skate returns TONIGHT at Glenn Memorial UMC
Come Skate tonight, January 9 from 7-9pm in the Youth and Activities Building. For all 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. Only $5. PLEASE PRE-REGISTER!
This year, we are using the online registration system for all kids. Even if you have completed the paper registration form, we will still need you to enter your information in the pre-registration link. Registration for the week closes at 3pm on Fridays, and anyone who registers after that point may not be in the system. Thanks!

Servant Saturdays Begin January 10 at Douglasville First UMC
Looking for a way to serve? Every 2nd Saturday of the month will offer an easy access point to serve. Please enter through the breezeway doors and meet in the elevator lobby on the ground floor outside Patricia Tidwell Hall at 8:30am for refreshments and prayer before heading out to your project. All projects will be complete by noon. Get your family, your Sunday school class or your small group together or invite a neighbor to join you in giving back to our community and sharing the love of Jesus. A Worship Celebration: Welcoming General Board of Global Ministries to Georgia, January 11
A service of welcome and hospitality is set for Sunday, January 11, at 6:00 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church in Atlanta to officially welcome the General Board of Global Ministries to Georgia.
Bishop James King of the South Georgia Conference will preach the service, which will include communion and celebrate ministry that is truly global. Bishop Mike Watson of the North Georgia Conference, Thomas Kemper, General Secretary of the General Board of Global Ministries, and other representatives from Global Ministries, will participate in the service.
