United Methodist mission workers tell their untold stories of the drama in Haiti

3/31/2010

United Methodist News Service offers a compelling, behind-the-scenes narrative of the courage and sacrifice shown by United Methodist mission workers trapped in the rubble of the Haiti earthquake.  These survivors tell their untold story of the drama they encountered first hand.

These narratives tell moment-by-moment stories of sacrifice in a three-part series which began Tuesday, March 30 with, “Missions of mercy become test of faith.” Wednesday’s narrative was entitled “The long road home.” On Good Friday, UMNS will offer profiles of three of the individuals who gave their lives in love for others.

The entire Holy Week series can be found at http://umns.umc.org
