Beginning Monday, April 19, a new on-line process will be available to register lay and clergy conference members for the 2010 Annual Conference Session.
All members attending are encouraged to pre-register their attendance electronically on the conference web site at www.ngumc.org/ac2010register. Registration for the 2010 Annual Conference Session includes a $30 registration fee.
In an attempt to stream-line the registration process, conference session attendees may also sign up for various conference opportunities via the website registration process. Such opportunities include the Stop Hunger NOW mission project, the 5K Run/Walk, the Red Cross Blood Drive, and the Pro-Check Health Screening.
Members also have the ability make reservations for meals hosted during the annual conference session, order the 2010 North Georgia Annual Conference Journal, and sign up for the AC2010 Daily E-News publication.
With the new registration process, registration cards are no longer necessary; however, members who register on-line must pick up name badges at either lay or clergy registration sites upon arrival.
For those unable to pre-register via the conference website, on-site registration booths in the Athens Classic Center will be available to help you. Payment stations for cash, check or credit card are available in both lay and clergy registration areas.
