East Point First Mallalieu UMC Hosts Annual Women’s Day Service: We Are Virtuous Women
On Sunday October 13th at the 11:00AM Service, East Point First Mallalieu UMC will hold a special worship service for Women’s Day. The speaker will be Marjorie L. Kimbrough, the First Lady of Columbia Drive UMC. She is also an author, Christian Educator, and Professor of Religion.

McEver Road Hosts The 18th Annual Trinity Trot 5K Race on October 19th
All proceeds of the race benefit missions in our community.  This year we are asking all runners to donate a canned food item for the South Hall Community Food Bank.  McEver Road UMC and five other churches in the area support the food pantry with volunteers and food. The “trot” will take place at Oakwood Family YMCA Community Center. A 1 mile fun run will start a 10:00 AM followed by the 5K at 10:30 AM. Registration fee for the 5K is $25 for pre-registration, and $30 for walk-up registration. Registration for the 1 mile fun run is $20 for pre-registration, and $25 for walk-up registration. Peachtree City United Methodist Church Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 26th 
Stop by from 3-5 pm at our Robinson Road campus for a parking lot party! “Trunk or Treat” will be hosted by the PTCUMC Children’s Ministry. Come dressed in costume (family-friendly) for a time of fellowship and fall fun! This is an event for the entire family!  What is Trunk or Treat?  Groups and Families of all ages walk from trunk to trunk (or cart to cart) to look at the decorations and receive candy and treats. Contact PTCUMC at 770.487.6499 for more detailed information.  You may also find information on the church website.
