I. Resources for Children’s Ministry

Discover 90 creative ideas in 90 minutes to fill up your bag with ideas you can
use this Sunday and beyond in your children’s ministry.
Led by Kay Williams, Children’s Minister, Grayson UMC and Lori Cotter, Children’s Minister, Sugarloaf UMC.

III. Taking Children’s Ministry to the Streets
Learn ways to have VBS in an apartment complex, connect with your local school as a Partner in Education, and start an after-school program in a neighborhood community center. Learn how to involve children in outreach programs of the church.

IV. Transforming the World Through the Hands of Children and Youth

Explore the world of 2025, examining seven areas of change expected to be the most revolutionary for the lives of our students…and our youth leaders. Join us for a lively discussion on the needs of a changing world and how Youth Ministry can be a positive part of that change.

VIII. Christian Education for a Facebook Generation [Young Adults]
With the current realities of Facebook, Blogs, Twitter, Text Messaging and other social media in our society, Young Adult Christian Education has become more challenging with this “plugged-in” generation. Explore creative and relevant ways of developing leaders in your community and offering effective Christian Education offerings for Young Adults.

volunteers to serve in the church, community, and the world.
