The GCFA Online Giving System
The online donation gathering tool is hosted by the General Council on Finance and Administration for the use of Conference level offices as well as districts and local churches. The agent collecting the donations initially registers with the GCFA. At that point the collecting agent or Fund Manager defines the fund for the system which can include detailed fund description as well as related logo and pictures. As donations are made the gifts are processed by the GCFA and subsequently transferred to the Fund Manager on a predetermined schedule.
The Fund Manager has special web based access to manage the fund detail and print related reports and giving detail to a local printer.
Donors can elect to:
Make one gift or a repetitious gift.
Give to multiple funds at the same session.
Donate by On Line check, credit card or wire transfer.
Donors receive an email acknowledgement and a thank you email from the Fund Manager.
Donors have the option to identify and credit their local church.
Donors can register with the web site for ease of donations in the future.
