College Rebuild Trip to Galveston, Texas
Galveston, Texas - Mission Restore 2009
May 10-16, 2009
We are calling out college students from Wesley Foundations, United Methodist colleges, and anywhere in Georgia to join the team for Mission Restore 2009. We are heading to "ground zero" on the island of Galveston, Texas to help restore the homes and lives of people affected by Hurricane Ike in 2008. There is much recovery work to be done, and we need your help. Mission Restore is May 10-16, 2009, and the cost is $160 per person. For more information, click on www.gahied.com/MissionRestore09.html or contact your Wesley Foundation director or United Methodist chaplain. Rev. Karen Kagiyama is coordinating registration statewide. Email Karen at wgwesley@westga.edu. Hope you will be a part of the Mission Restore team!
