United Methodist Children's Home
The United Methodist Children’s Home of the North Georgia Conference is a ministry to hurting children and families. All of our services are aimed at preventing the breakup of families, restoring and healing separated families, or teaching teens and young adults how to create successful and meaningful lives for their own future families. We want all of our youth and families to know they have the power to overcome their past and reach a brighter future. One of the most valuable resources we provide to our youth is the chance to work with caring adults who volunteer their time to make a difference in our youths’ lives. We’re flexible to work with your schedule and the interests and skills you can share with our young people. Current volunteer opportunities include tutor, foster parent, Big Brother/Big Sister, Visiting Family, Cottage Mentor, work group, Auxiliary flea market worker, and more!
