UMMen Leigh Cottage Rebuild at United Methodist Childrens Home
The North Georgia United Methodist Men have teamed up with Glencastle Constructors (http://southeast.construction.com/features/archive/0604_Feature3.asp) to rebuild the burned down Leigh Cottage at the United Methodist Children's Home in Decatur, Ga. Skilled and unskilled volunteers are needed to help with framing, roofing, sheetrock, finish carpentry, flooring, painting, cooking, landscaping, and clean up. Volunteer weekends started in August 2009 and will continue through May 2010. Please go to http://ngcumm.org/umch/ for more information about this project, to follow our progress and to volunteers.
