Jennfier Wilder has served through the General Board of Global Ministries as a teacher at Red Bird Mission School since 1992. She currently teaches first grade. She is married to Allen Wilder, who served Red Bird Mission School for 20 years. They have two children and are members of Jack's Creek UMC.

Upper Sand Mountain Parish is a cooperative ministry of ten small membership, rural United Methodist Churches serving near 1000 square miles of Southern Appalachian Alabama. The cooperative seeks to strengthen member congregations that they may better serve their members and to provide local and global opportunities for them and others to become involved in service and community development ministries.

Galveston, Texas - Mission Restore 2009
May 10-16, 2009
We are calling out college students from Wesley Foundations, United Methodist colleges, and anywhere in Georgia to join the team for Mission Restore 2009. We are heading to "ground zero" on the island of Galveston, Texas to help restore the homes and lives of people affected by Hurricane Ike in 2008. There is much recovery work to be done, and we need your help. Mission Restore is May 10-16, 2009, and the cost is $160 per person. The UMCOR Sager Brown Depot in Baldwin, La., is the headquarters for UMCORs relief supply operations. Approximately $4 million in supplies are shipped each year from the Baldwin, La. campus. More than 2,000 volunteers that come through Sager Brown each year make these shipments happen.
Locally, UMCOR Sager Brown reaches out to the Baldwin community through a housing rehabilitation and food distribution, engaging volunteers in projects that help families and the elderly.
