Organize and manage Church office – 37hours Manage phone calls, messages, and correspondences (emails, letters, packages) Create church bulletins for worship services and special occasions and print. Assist Pastor with appointments, agendas, travel plans, monthly calendar.-Order office supplies, stamps, books, etc. as needed. Send out weekly announcements and assist with Newsletter Update Website Interface with leadership team to insure effective communication to the congregation. File all pertinent documents Duties as assigned by the pastor and SPRC Qualifications Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. Knowledge of office computer programs (PC and Mac) Microsoft 365, Word 11 & Publisher Exhibit excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated and trustworthy. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities-friendly and engaging to office visitors. Energetic phone voice using clear English Dress professionally. HS degree or equivalent and 2 years of administrative office experience Please email!!!!
