Facilities Manager - Mountain Park UMC


Summary of Responsibilities: Provide the services of the Facilities Manager with the responsibility of maintaining all building systems on the church property. This is a part-time position estimated to be 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Hours include on-call availability and can be flexible depending on need. Supervision and performance of facility maintenance duties to meet regulatory standards for building and property maintenance and safety. Perform and or supervise regular scheduled inspections and maintenance of building systems and property.
