Winterville United Methodist Church is a medium-sized congregation looking for a Media Audio and Visual Specialist to facilitate audio and video for in-person and virtual (online) Sunday Worship services. The candidate needs to be able to:

Have knowledge of analog and digital audio soundboards, mics, monitors, etc.
Setup audio and video equipment for maximum and enjoyable performance, working with the pastor & music director.
Arrive 45 minutes prior to worship service (~9:45 AM) to ensure all audio and video equipment is working properly; Sunday worship services are @ 10:30 AM
Monitor audio & video during services (we use ECAMM Live to online videoing)
Record and edit services & edit services for streaming & posting
Communicate, lead & train other AV staff effectively (to substitute when you must be absent)
Be available in-person at the church (or remotely when needed), especially for special events; e.g. Advent (Christmas) and Holy Week (Easter week)
Is dependable and have dependable transportation

Job type: part-time; Pay: $150.00/Sunday (event); Supplemental pay: Bonus pay for special services
Schedule: Sundays mostly (9:45-11 AM approximately)
