Winder First UMC is seeking a vital piece to our ministry team. Our students from 6th to 12th grade need a minister who will build relationships with and invest in their lives. The ministry has dedicated facilities and a generous annual budget to operate with. The ideal candidate sees themselves as part of a larger whole that functions together for the success of all. This candidate also is a self starter who can work independently but leans into the guidance of shared ministry partners.
