The YoungER Men's Ministry is focused on ministering to men between the ages of 18-40 years old. As this is an under-represented demographic in the United Methodist Church (UMC) and the UMM, the YoungER Men's Ministry wants to share some of the Best Practices in ministry in reaching this target audience. Our goal is to see more younger men involved in the UMM and UMC!
