The Academy of Clergy Excellence will be launching a new cohort of clergy peer learning groups in 2022.  To find out more about the ACE program and how to be part of the next class, join an ACE Information Session in November.

ACE is an alternative continuing education program for clergy and is sponsored by The North Georgia Conference's Center for Clergy Excellence.  ACE is based on a peer group learning model whereby clergy design their own continuing education objectives.  A self-selected group of 6-8 clergy decide on a mutual topic(s) of interest and create a two year continuing education plan.  The focus and activity of ACE groups widely vary in nature.  Previous groups have focused on a variety of topics: physical well-being; spiritual disciplines; immigration; rest and renewal; rediscovering play; how to handle conflict; creative arts in worship, as well as, discovering the movement of the Holy Spirit outside the institutionalized church.  No matter the area of focus, all ACE group are expected to learn new tools for ministry, as well as, deepen relationships with their clergy peers.
