Adaptive Church Leadership Cohort: Final Webinar
Over the last few years, our world has endured radical change, resulting in a radically transformed mission field for ministry. There are church leaders who are ready and willing to take the important steps to reach new people, they just need the time and the tools to do it. This is what the Adaptive Church Leadership Cohort seeks to provide.

Through an 18-month process, a team of up to 6 participants from your congregation will discover and live into the principles of adaptive change that lead to impactful ministry in the 21st century. You'll receive resourcing, a team approach, a community of fellow travelers, and the coaching to help you turn strategic ministry goals into actual ministry. Namely, you'll receive direct coaching from Tod Bolsinger, noted author of Canoeing the Mountains and Tempered Resilience, and a recognized leader in the field of adaptive leadership in the church and colleagues from Fuller Seminary.

Partners also include
  • Fresh Expressions US, a network of leaders with a track record of mission experimentation emerging out of inherited church systems; and other leading voices in the field.
  • NGUMC Center for Congregational Excellence, who exist to support, resource and equip local congregational leaders in making disciples and seeking transformation.
