The 2020 United Methodist General Conference will meet May 5 -15 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

General Conference is the top policy-making body of The United Methodist Church which meets once every four years. The conference can revise church law, as well as adopt resolutions on current moral, social, public policy and economic issues. It also approves plans and budgets for church-wide programs.

North Georgia United Methodists are invited to prepare by joining our Delegation in prayer and fasting each Thursday between July 1 and May 5.

The North Georgia Conference delegation to General Conference is chaired by Rev. Dr. Byron Thomas.
