Modern Worship leaders devote their time and talent to create holy spaces for others to encounter God. But as a worship leader, where do you go to experience these spaces for yourselves? Spaces that draw you closer to God, inspire and sharpen your creativity, and connect you with others in this specialized ministry for possible collaboration and growth? That's what we are trying to build: a network of modern worship leaders from UMCs across North Georgia, connected for worship, skill development, and collaboration. A space online and in person where Modern Worship Leaders can connect and discuss topics pertinent to the industry, and share honestly about the joys and frustrations of serving the church in this way. Whether you are a musician, sound tech, media designer, lighting, or sound engineer, we want to do more to connect and support one another in this work. Join us for our launch event, where we will worship together, eat together, and build connection. We'll also receive coaching from the staff of the Institute for Modern Worship out of Florida.
