Action Ministries wins $1 million grant to help homeless veterans

Action Ministries has won a competitive grant of $1 million from The Department of Veterans Affairs to provide aid to homeless veterans. The agency will use the grant toward a “rapid re-housing” program which helps veterans who are homeless and in a shelter or on the street find affordable, appropriate housing.
