Late last week, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) published Notice 2013-71 which modified the “use-it-or-lose-it” rule for health flexible spending accounts (health FSAs). Conference Offers Online Payment Option for Churches

Starting Nov. 27, the North Georgia Conference is offering churches the option to make apportionment, special offering and benefits payments online.
