Credit Union will award $1,000 college scholarship to a North Georgia student

The United Methodist Connectional Federal Credit Union will award four $1,000 college scholarships this year. Four winning applicants will be chosen, one from each of the Credit Union's four conferences: North Georgia, South Georgia, Florida and Alabama-West Florida. LaGrange Students Take Mission Trip to Nashville During Season of Giving

Christmas in the City, a three-day mission trip to Nashville, helped nine LaGrange students share their hands and hearts during the season of giving. The event was organized by the Rev. Reinhardt University conducted ribbon-cuttings for three new facilities during the school’s Fall Family and Alumni Weekend. The Athletic Field House, Glenn H. and Marjorie Humphrey Hubbard Residence Hall, and the Ken White Music Center were each highlighted and introduced with a ribbon-cutting and open house/dedication during the event.
