A New Start, But We Never Stopped: Oconee Stree UMC Rebounds From Fire

Oconee Street UMC in Athens suffered a devastating fire in 2013, but will officially reopen its doors with a dedication ceremony on Sunday, August 30. 

“It’s beyond exciting," said church pastor Rev. Lisa Caine. It’s a new start, but we never stopped.”

Bishop Mike Watson will preach the service.
