International Credit Union Day has been celebrated on the third Thursday of October since 1948. The day is recognized to reflect upon the credit union movement's history and to promote its achievements. It is a day to honor those who have dedicated their lives to the movement, recognize the hard work of those working in the credit union industry and show members our appreciation.
To celebrate its members and the United Methodist Connectional Federal Credit Union, UMCFCU is offering a special promotion October 15-17. Anyone who closes a new or used vehicle loan on one of these days will receive one of the following rates:
- 1.99% for 36 months
- 2.99% for 48 months
- 3.99% for 60 months
- 4.99% for 72-84 months
Subject to normal underwriting guidelines.
Any member of a North Georgia United Methodist church is eligible to join UMCFCU.
