North Georgia offers two new travel opportunities


Travel opportunities available through the North Georgia United Methodist Conference can transport tourists to the world of John and Charles Wesley, and explore the theme of Christ in Art throughout a Mediterranean cruise.
Join Bishop Mike Watson on a nine-day Wesley Heritage trip to England that leaves June 19, 2011. Cost is $2,598, plus taxes and fees. The cost includes roundtrip airfare, seven-night stay in first class Midlands Hotel, daily breakfast and dinner, deluxe motor coaches, guided sightseeing, entrance fees, study guide, lecture program.
Upon arrival in England, travelers will visit Westminster Abbey. Cities on the itinerary include London, Birmingham,Worchester, Gloucester, Stratford, Oxford and Epworth. There are two extensions offered: a four day London pre-tour and four day Ireland extension. 
Cruise the Western Mediterranean with Bishop Watson and the North Georgia United Methodist Conference Oct. 16, 2011 with price starting at $2198. Lecturer will be Bishop Will Willimon, who will address the theme “Christ in Art.”
The 12-day itinerary includes Spain, Portugal and Morocco, with stops at Barcelona, Granada, Valencia, Casablanca, Cadiz Malaga, Lisbon and Monte Carlo. Several pre- and post-tours to Madrid, Paris and Milan are available for an additional fee.
