Coach Bill Curry to Host Two Action Ministries Fundraisers this Spring


Coach William “Bill” Curry, recently retired Head Football Coach of Georgia State University, will host two events this spring to support the mission of Action Ministries. 

Monday, April 1, Curry will be Honorary Chair of the 30th Annual Action Ministries Feed the Hungry Golf Classic.  The tournament will be held at Cherokee Town and Country Club in Atlanta. Thursday, May 16, is The Action Ministries Night of Champions. This annual event celebrates the spirit of endurance in those who are working hard to achieve their dreams.  This year’s event features Coach Bill Curry and his wife, Dr. Carolyn Curry, as Honorary Chairs, along with Coaches Mark Richt, Ron Hunter and Paul Johnson.  The coaches will share conversation and inspiration about being a champion in life – whether on the playing field, in the neighborhood, or on the job.
