Thousands of volunteers fuel the H.O.P.E. Ministry in North Carolina to bridge the food gap between school lunch on Friday and breakfast on Monday. One dedicated United Methodist volunteer, Brandon Chubb, uses his status as an on-field local celebrity to lead others in the fight against hunger.
Brandon Chubb is an active member of Ben Hill UMC and captain of the Wake Forest University football team.
Heidi Robinson tells the story in this United Methodist News Service video.
