New This Year: Mini On-Site Blueprint for Wellness Events


The 2023 Blueprint for Wellness Screening is available from January 3-August 31 for HealthFlex Participants.

In 2022 only 52% of our eligible participants earned the $100 award for completing the Blueprint for Wellness! Let’s see how close to 100% we can get for 2023!

Register to get your screening at a patient service center, on-site event, via Self-Collection Kit, or via physician form.
  • Phone: 1-855-623-9355 Employer group: HealthFlex or United Methodist Church
  • Online: Log in to your Virgin Pulse account and find Blueprint for Wellness under the “Benefits” tab or through Benefits Access (for participants).
Recognizing that not all districts have easy access to a Quest Diagnostic Center, this year our Conference Benefits Office is offering mini on-site Blueprint for Wellness Events! They are:
  • May 4, 9a-12p – St. John UMC Augusta
  • May 8, 9a-12p – Cornelia UMC
  • May 11, 9a-12p – Trinity UMC Dalton
  • May 25, 9a-12p – Newnan First UMC
Annual Conference On-Site Blueprint for Wellness will be:
  • June 1, 7-10a
  • June 2,  6-9a
